Distance MBA suits better for working professionals who can't afford regular MBA but are keen to pursue MBA for getting promotional avenues in existing organization or looking for career opening to a new one.

Considering your situation I would suggest you to go for Executive MBA as scopes are less in online MBA and if you go for Full time MBA may be at the time of placements companies may not select you as they prefer someone between 3-5 years of experience.
