congrats for 9 grade n Your que for distance MBA I suggest you to do an MBA degree regular and definitely after MBA you got much better job than now.

Good morning !
It would be better to do regular MBA rather than a distance course.
But if your job demands such a course, you my go for a distance course. For a bank job MBA in finance would be beneficial.
