This is common dilemma faced by majority of engineering graduates in final year of their studies. If you are technically inclined and want to make career in the technical field then it is advisable to do M.Tech/MS. If you want to be a generalist then MBA is better option. Nowadays Technical specialists are paid very well and sometimes more than Management graduates. Equal growth opportunities are available for both M.Tech and MBA graduates.

Good Afternoon
Look, doing MBA from Distance education is not a productive idea.
Still if you are willing to do, Marketing would be a better option as other courses especially Finance would require more of practical learning and strong basics compared to other field. So I would suggest you to look for a marketing job.
Rest all depends on your area of interest.
Thank you !

IGNOU and Symbiosis are good options for MBA by distance learning. You can also evaluate BITS Pilani WILP MBA Manufacturing Systems, Quality Management and Consultancy Management. These are sector specific but excellent MBAs.

Siddharth, distance education allows you to have education at your doorsteps only.
There are many good universities like Lovely Professional University, IGNOU, SCDL that provide you with this opportunity.
