We can never compare two institutions based of any factors. Both Symbiosis and SMU are reputed universities in their areas.
If I was in your place I would have chosen Symbiosis, (Please note, its my personal choice)

Dear Anjali, JBIMS doesn't offer a distance MBA program as of now. There are only Full-time courses and Part-time courses offered, the information of which is available on the website www.jbims.edu

Yes, it will definitely help you grow in your career. There are various options available for it. Refer Edx for various courses in similar parlance having good acceptability.

Unfortunately we do not have a distance learning program but i would suggest your look at our PGEMP program which can be taken up in case you are working with one of our partner companies.

to do mba through distance i think you should go for ignou or sikkim manipal university or icfai university

You can opt for the following

A distance MBA in banking and finance may not help You to change career track, still you can try IGNOU, University of Madras, Pondicherry University and Bharati Vidyapeeth
do not opt Amity, Sikkim Manipal, Assam down town, Assam Don Bosco, Venkateshwar Open and other such universities
