A distance MBA in banking and finance may not help You to change career track, still you can try IGNOU, University of Madras, Pondicherry University and Bharati Vidyapeeth
do not opt Amity, Sikkim Manipal, Assam down town, Assam Don Bosco, Venkateshwar Open and other such universities

Its Symbiosis, better than MDU, since it got reputation and slightly valuable than MDU, so my suggestion is Symbiosis for MBA distance

Both PGDM and MBA are similar degrees.In India only university or its affiliated college can award degree. Those B Schools which are not affiliated to any university award PGDM. For MBA distance education you may evaluate IGNOU or Symbiosis.

If you got some problem doing full time MBA then distance MBA is an option. These days companies are not biased about distance mode and it is worth to pursue.
In order to salary and remuneration, it's difficult to say the exact bracket because salary depends upon many factors.
