Swami Vivekanad Subharti University: Courses, Fees, Admissions 2025, Placements and Ranking

Swami Vivekanad University Meerut offers various scholarships to the students based on their eligibility. Below is a list of scholarships offered ad their eligibility criteria:

1. i) Meritorious Scholarship: The university offers this scholarship to motivate deserving students who are not getting any other scholarships from government or private institution. Students can only avail to a single scholarship at a time, whichever is higher. The scholarship amount is directly provided through bank account of the student.
2. ii) Scholarship to child of Martyr of Indian Defence Services including Indian Coast Guard (Except for Medical, Dental Nursing and PhD Courses) – 100% scholarship on annual course fee and caution money.

iii) Additional Scholarship: 5% scholarship will be awarded to the students of following categories irrespective of their % age in qualifying examination:

• Existing/Alumni Students
• Girl Students
• First relative of Indian Defence Services including Indian Coast Guard.
• Differently Abled (physically challenged) students.

1. iv) Maximum 10% additional scholarship may be availed when a student is entitled for more than two categories.
2. v) 10% Scholarship to Buddhist Students. If a student belongs to any of the above categories (I, ii, iii, iv), another 5% Scholarship will be given thus making the total to 15% for Buddhist students.
3. vi)In addition to the meritorious scholarship, family of faculty and staff is entitled for scholarship, as per university existing rule.

vii) If students submit a complete fee for both the semesters before the due date of first/odd semester, as a special case student, they will be entitled for 5% onetime special scholarship every year in addition to above. This scholarship shall be applicable only for semester-based courses and shall not be applicable for annual courses.

Note: In case of withdrawal of admission before completion of the course, the scholarship, if granted, will be taken back.
