Yes, Symbiosis offers Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business. The course fee is INR 50,000 if the full time payment is made in one-time. If the payment is made in installments then the first installment would be of INR 35,000 and the second installment would be of INR 20,000. For the candidates belonging to the Defence quota the fee is INR 47,000 if one-time payment is made. If the payment is made in installments then the first installment would be of INR 35,000 and the second installment would be of INR 17,000

If you are looking for a university with a strong national reputation and flexible study options Delhi University (DU SOL) is the best choice. If you prefer affordability and recognition IGNOU is ideal. For industry-ready curriculum and placement assistance, NMIMS Global Access School and Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning are excellent options. Each university is good but it all depends on your course of choice.
