You need to prepare for MAT, CAT, XAT and ATMA or any state level entrance examination and achieve good score in any of this competitive exam.

Distance MBA programmes are equally valid as traditional MBA programmes. These courses follow a set syllabus and number of class hours. Plus, these courses have legitimate exams that are given by the institution itself.
In terms of placements, a distance MBA graduate is just as qualified to participate in them or submit a job application as a traditional MBA graduate. A distant MBA programme is almost same as a traditional MBA programme.
