I am against distance and online MBA. It will just teach you the aspects of MBA and it is not worth as industries prefer real time MBA where you have to get hands on industry experience.

It is the best/affordable centrally sponsored university. However, I am not sure for obtaining passing marks, because its all depends upon you and how much time did you dedicate for studies.
