Having just Diploma is not enough for getting admission for MBA/PGDM. You have sufficient (very good) years of work experience. So my suggestion is that you just now do Bachelors (if you are in age limit). And prepare very hard for CAT-GMAT and MAT. This will surely maximise your chance. Hope this helps. Good luck.

If your ultimate goal is SBI PO, then there won't be need of MBA Distance education. If you want still then go ahead for MBA Sales and Marketing which will help you in the present company or any company with your experience. However, if you are doing PO Exam Preparation and Distance MBA also then you might not get desired marks, your study is bifurcated in two sections.

It's good that you have thought of doing social work and especially making a career in social work as you have done MBA. You can do Masters in social work via distance or in regular. After finishing it, you can join any organization like NGOs or other organizations. Just check out the eligibility criteria for MSW that is Masters in social work. All the best.

You need not to give ICET exam but you must have either completed your graduation with 3 years of working experience or diploma with five years of working experience.
