Hi Kareena,
Correspondence MBA program is quite similar to Distance MBA but it does not offer class room assistance. The objective of correspondence MBA is to make it cost effective and exclude the hassles of classroom learning.

It is designed for individuals seeking to pursue higher education alongside their job. However, graduates too can take up the program. Distance MBA programs are ideal for working individuals or students who, for various reasons, cannot join the formal education

Hi Kareena,
Frankly speaking corporate do not consider MBA from distance education program totally equivalent to that done through a regular course. But the big point here the experience part. If you are a fresh candidate without adequate experience then MBA through distance education mode would be termed lesser than that done through regular course.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up if you found this useful.

Hi Tom,
Scope and employment opportunities are definitely better through regular MCA course but if you want to work after your graduation and study at the same time, MCA through correspondence will be better option.
Hence, both the options are equally good, it just depend on your requirement
All the best

MCom as a degree hash lost its value as far as getting a job is concerned. Companies need professional qualifications like CA, CS, CMA, MBA, etc. MCom is just a masters degree for sake of it.

If you are working then a course through distance is beneficial. If you are fresher graduate, then full time course is highly recommended.

MCom is still a qualification for teaching BCom in some states. Distance Education is not a problem, but one has to cultivate himself for a teaching job carefully, by developing his awareness and personality.

Hi Mini,
The duration for a undergraduate law course(LLB) is 3 years and you can definitely opt for LLB through distance mode. There is no course with a duration of 2 years
