I've actually heard quite a bit about ICFAI. Have you heard of it? I was told their distance learning MBA programme is amongst one of the best in the country and so I had to check it out for myself. See if you can get your hands on some ICFAI reviews to see how the current and past students feel about the course.

Definitely you can go for MBA degree after your M.COM. Just make sure you find the right college which has good placements. These days getting placed is so difficult.
