You can surely use 'Dr.' if you have a BDS degree and are registered with Dental Council of India (DCI). Doctor title is used to acknowledge those who have completed a doctoral course in dentistry.

But you should keep one thing in mind that its use may differ on basis of specific country or region.

Yes a BDS graduate is a doctor but they are a specialist doctor specifically for the mouth, teeth and jaw. But they are different from those doctors who precribe medicines for general illness.
Doctors study human anatomy and medicine for 5 years (including an internship) and they have the license to treat patients, perform surgeries and also prescribe medication.
But Dentists specializes in teeth and oral health.

No, MLT graduates become doctors.

while a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) provides a strong foundation in medical science and diagnostics, it does not qualify one to become a doctor.

However, an MLT graduate can pursue further education to transition into a medical career if they really wish to become a doctor.

For instance, they could enrol in MBBS, which is the standard pathway to becoming a doctor in India. This requires meeting the necessary prerequisites and passing entrance exams like NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).

No, they aren't.

They specialize in the operation of the heart-lung machine, also known as the cardiopulmonary bypass machine, during surgical procedures. Their primary role is to maintain the patient's blood circulation and oxygenation when the patient's heart is temporarily stopped during surgeries like open-heart surgery, cardiac bypass surgery, or organ transplant procedures.

Yes, the graduate in Veterinary courses is a doctor who is known by the title of "Doctor of Veterinary Medicine" or another title depending on the nation.
The title is, therefore, borne of their experience in diagnosis, treatment, and care for animals.
In the United States and Canada, for example, veterinarians acquire a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
In India, however, it is mainly referred to as "Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry," or BVSc & AH; the colloquial appellation is "Doctor."

Average salary is estimated to be anywhere between INR 2.5 LPA and INR 15 LPA for MBBS doctors, while IAS officers are expected to get an estimated 14 LPA.
However, what doctors and IAS officers earn may be entirely different for a host of other reasons.
High earnings are commanded by doctors, more so those with specialised skills or those in private practice, often exceeding levels commanded by IAS officers. earnings chart is headed by surgeons, specialist doctors, and doctors in high-demand fields.
While salaries of IAS officers are ever-increasing, their starting salary is quite less as compared to doctors working in a private sector.

No physiotherapists are not called doctors because they do not have MD or MBBS.

They are not medical doctors who give medicine and do surgery. They only treat where there is inabiltiy in movement.

To be a doctor, one needs to do MBBS and/or MD.
