You have good chances of getting a branch in DTU, but that branch would preferably will not be of your choice. Apply for JAC Delhi counselling at least.

Both the colleges are very good for pursuing B.E in CSE. However, BITS Pilani certainly has an edge over DTU being the CSE course as the flagship course which is at par with the top IITs.
Hence, take your decision accordingly.

You have to appear for JEE Mains exam. If you get good marks then apply for JAC Delhi counselling.

Non delhites have the same procedure. You have to appear for JEE mains and if you get good marks, then you have to apply for JAC Delhi counselling.
