It depends on the college you are applying to. You must check the central university websites you are thinking to apply to, UGQP1 and UGQP2 are different for different courses in different universities. Some universities may also require you to fill up counselling forms.

It is because both the majors have their distinct strategic importance for the growth and sustainability of the organisation.
