Your son has got very good score. Your son stands a high chance in getting IIIT-Bangalore. Though, you should be aware that IIIT-Bangalore offer integrated M.Tech and not purely B.Tech which is B.Tech + M.Tech. You should also try for IIIT-Hyderabad which is top notch. Seeing the percentile, I hope your son should apply for the same also.
All the best.

Hi Masum
There are many colleges and universities which provide integrated Bachelor+ Masters courses such as Delhi University, Panjab University etc. Integrated course can be any field such as biotechnology, Biochemistry, microbiology, pharmacy etc. It depends on your interest in which field you want to go. Integrated courses are usually 4-5 years in duration. It is beneficial for those who are formative that they want to pursue in the same field as Bachelor. Good luck.

Actually, Sastra University is a good choice for all departments. In Integrated medical nanotechnology, it had excellent labs, infrastructure, funded by central government. The course started back 3 to 4 years, so yet placements in that course need to know still.
