No, candidates seeking admission to the integrated BSc + MSc programme of NIT Durgapur cannot be admitted without JEE (Main). The seats for the programme are allocated through JoSAA/CSAB counselling. Only the candidates who have a valid JEE score can appear for these counselling processes.
