The National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) is a research institution under the aegis of the Department of Atomic Energy(DAE) affiliated with Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI), Mumbai, a deemed research university that oversees academic programs at Institutions that are part of the DAE structure. The institute along the lines of the IISc in Bangalore, and its seven sister institutions, IISERs are best institutes for higher studies in Science based on best of facilities and faculty. You can check the below mentioned colleges:
1. IISERS.
2. NISERs.
3. IITs.
4. BITs and many central universities.
For abroad, there are no provision for integrated B.Sc + M.Sc. But, M.Sc + Ph.D are possible.

Hi,
SP Jain, Amity and many other universities offer dual or 3 -country programme in BBA, MBA and yes the placements so far have been good as you become global in your approach with this programme.

The best ones are IISER and NISER. A few IITs also offer integrated M.Sc so you may check on their respective website.

Both central and state governments do not fill their IT vacancies by campus recruitment. You will have to apply against open and advertised posts by competing with all types of candidates to get government job.

Job opportunities for Biotechnolgy graduates in ONGC are very rare. ONGC Energy Centre occasionally invite applications from Biotechnology graduates for their Biotechnology Energy Projects. You may look st ONGC website for such openings.
