I will tell you main difference. Look a company needs 10 Marketing candidates ( for sales, advertising, marketing strategies, analytical works, etc. ) while only needs 1 Finance candidate ( for tally the gain and loss of the company ). And the packages also higher in Marketing than Finance candidate. Marketing is evergreen branch of MBA. You can do Finance if you strong in maths. Best of luck !

Even IT degree is present and placements will be based on Btech (IT) of IIITA and MTech (your specialization) from IIITA. So basically you are expected to have even more skills than the Btech people they take from IIITA also. which in any case you will do.

There is only one difference that is of one year you will get your both degree one year before.
In integrated program you have to attend classes of MBA in last year as an extra subject
If you do separately 4+2 years you have to spend.
Integrated program is very useful if your college or institute is very good.
If your institute is good for B.Tech only then go for some good institute for MBA.
