In integrated course of B.Tech and MBA, you will be taught about both technical and management field. So, you will have two degrees I.e. B.Tech and MBA. Also, integrated course is of 5 years in which you will save 1 year of your study I.e. 4 years of B.Tech and 2 years of MBA. Integrated option is good for career prospects. In only B.Tech course, you will be taught about engineering only.

If you are pursuing from a top engineering college than integrated B.Tech and M.Tech is a good option. You have a benefit of completing Masters in 5 years along with Bachelors. Generally, its suggested to complete Masters exclusively in 2-years with proper research work and projects.
