Try for Indian Institute of Science for integrated course in Bangalore. It is one of the best in the world.
Apart from that, you can also consider 5-year Integrated M.Sc. Physics Programme - University of Mysore
All the best !!

Dear Chitan,
Hi,
If you are going for dual specialization yes it is good. in it you will get knowledge of your 2 core subjects which you will choose.
but if you are seeking growth in terms of career, salary etc you should go for one specialization because it will give you more exposure in your career & also give your more confidence to work in that sector.
one more thing your interest is everything.
test your skills & interest to choose anything it will help you a lot .
I hope it will help you and feel free to ask more. Up-vote the answer if you found it helpful.
