If you are going for dual specialization yes it is good. in it you will get knowledge of your 2 core subjects which you will choose.
but if you are seeking growth in terms of career, salary etc you should go for one specialization because it will give you more exposure in your career & also give your more confidence to work in that sector.
one more thing your interest is everything.

First i want to tell you MBA is 2 year degree program in management not 3 year, if you have option for dual degree program then you may go for it , you save one year
