I think knowledge of only engineering is not sufficient to drive a company u should have knowledge of market and of goods and services also . company pay for u on the basis of earning . which can be improved by the knowledge of goods and Services.

it is possible to get into NIFT,But there are some exams conducted based on your integrated specialisation around fashion industry and other foremost thing is your samples or port folios make you to consider yourself to get into it confidently without any flaws and it may get into the consideration.
