If you are getting better colleges like IITs than you may go for nanotechnology otherwise M.Tech in CSE from AMU is a very good option. Facilities like a hostel, library, book bank, seminar hall, laboratories, etc. are awesome.

It depends upon the IT company.
As VIT is very good for CSE, expecting salary will be around 40k-50k.
After gaining some experience and more practical knowledge, it will increase around 70k-80k.
Some big IT giant companies are willing to pay above 1L p.m. for hiring some talented engineers.

If you pursue integrated course other then IITs, then you will get M.Tech degree also but you will lose chance to do M.Tech from IITs, which will get through GATE after B.Tech.
Otherwise, go to any educational web portal, you will get the list of best private colleges for integrated course.
But lastly, think well and decide yourself.
