I am afraid not. However you will get an exposure to all the functional areas during you first year, but the specialization will only be in one of the functional area and not both.

To pursue a generic MBA program, you need to score 50% marks in your graduation. You also need to get a decent score in entrance exam to get admission for MBA.
M.Pharm is a Master's program, so one has to be a B.Pharm graduate to seek admission in M.Pharm.

If you pursue B.Tech (4 years) and M.Tech (2 years) separately, you will need 6 years. On the other hand, with the integrated course, you need 5 years for the same. Considering current conditions, pursuing Masters is too important now.
Integrated courses are of 2 types: B.Tech + M.Tech (for purely technical stream) or B.Tech + MBA (If you want to have knowledge of both technical and business administration). MBA integrated courses are a good Option provided done from a top institution. If you don't get admission into a reputed institution, it may be better to do your
Graduation first. Work for a while to gain some practical experience and then try for an MBA from a really good B-school that offers excellent placement facilities. This is a
Better option than tying yourself down to a mediocre 5-years course. The following Universities offer MMS/MBA [Integrated Masters of Management Studies and Business Administration] courses for students who have completed class XII:
