Dual specialization is allowed in MBA where you will need to choose a major and a minor, but as far as PGDM is concerned it is not yet implemented and is expected to be implemented asap.

Yes DSB gives us an opportunity to choose two subjects, one as core and other as minor.
And Human resource is a subject taught by well experienced faculty members.

Check the programmes at IISER ,IIA Bangalore, CFTRI Mysore, TIFR Mumbai, WBUT Kolkata, LNIPE Gwalior, JNU, IISC. They all have the integrated p.hd programme and entrances for the same.

instead of 4 years, you have to study for 5 years, but you complete your graduation as well as PG. You get BTech as well as MBA degree in just 5 years, plus DTU is a great college, so thats a good option.
