While DCU does not sit in the global top 50 in the world by QS, US News or THE, it is a highly respected institution in Ireland.
So, Indian students should not only consider the DCU rankings but the following pointers -
- Employability (exceeding 95% for most grads)
- Built-in work placements (over 80% of courses have this)
- Strong subjects (Business, Computing/Tech), Engineering and more

Yes, most Indian students prefer the September intake because it is the primary academic cycle and it offers a lot of courses than the January intake. The Fall intake at DCU is highly preferred due to the following reasons -
- The maximum number of courses is available at DCU and across Ireland
- Many DCU courses (starting in September) have an internship integrated
- Better career alignment
- Better scholarships and aid chances
