Yes, the National College of Ireland accepts Duolingo test scores as a part of the English language requirements for the admission of international students whose native language is not English.
The minimum Duolingo scores required at the college are 95 or above. The college accepts certain English language test scores which includes the given exams -
- IELTS
- TOEFL
- PTE
- Duolingo
This depends on the level of course students are applying to.
However, it is recommended to the students to check the English language requirement for the Visa application as mostly the Visa approval require either TOEFL or IELTS exam scores.

Fox Valley Technical College accepts the Duolingo English Test (DET).
Their Minimum DET eligibility criteria is 95.
At the score of 85 you can't pursue for it.
But you are close to it
You are suppose to do more practice and tame test regularly and try to improve more. You still have some time.

Yes, GGU accepts Duolingo as proof of English language proficiency score. Minimum scores required by international students in these ELP tests are given as follows:

The estimation of subscores is done differently from that of the overall score. Both of these are weighted combinations of the questions, contributing to every score. Keep in mind that your overall score is not the sum or average of your subscores.
Also, the certified scores will be valid for two years. To secure your test's validity, make sure to send your scores through your online account only. In case you wish to re-attempt the same after obtaining a certified result, you are free to buy another test.
