It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in learning more and more. There are different dynamics at work. Earning for living and supporting family. If any college in the place you are working is offering part time PG, you should go for it. Then you can register for Ph.D. Another great way of learning is expanding one's horizon. With this rank, there are less chances of getting admission via tuition fee waiver quota.

I prefer EEE at vit Vellore.

Since this year only the Manipal Entrance Test is of 800 marks along with a negative marking so anything above 550+ is a good score to comfortably get CSE at Manipal campus. There was no negative marking last year, but this year is.

It's possible from 12th to B.Tech, but not after Diploma sadly. However, the best thing I would suggest is to contact the counsellor of the college or university for in-depth knowledge or guidance if you really want to do it.
