Choose either ECE AI in NSUT West or EE NSUT Main. In my preference choose EE NSUT Main campus as you'll get much more opportunities and exposure to other curricular activities as well.

All, the above mentioned branches are good but it also depend on your interest and passion. EEE is the mother of all engineering branches. Being alumni of LPU and I had friends from the school of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, I will share details of labs and research facilities of LPU.
