The eligibility criteria for pursuing a master's degree are holding a bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech in Aerospace or any other equivalent branches of engineering.
Admissions are done on the basis of GATE score or often an entrance. However, it varies from institute to institute as different institutes have different admission eligibility and criteria.

Here is the basic eligibility for pursuing M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence:
Minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Chemical or M.Sc in Geology / Geo Physics withminimun 60% marks
For GATE applicants, their GATE score is given a 70% weightage, while for the others their BE or BTech scores receive 50% weightage; the balance percentage is determined through tests, with 10% weightage being given to experience in industry for students sponsored by industry.
