The Electronics Engineering salary differs on the basis of academic qualifications, experience, skills, job role, recruiter and the job location. At the entry level, for someone who has just graduated from college the Electronics Engineering salary is around INR 5 LPA to INR 7 LPA for mid level roles, the salary is somewhere between INR 8 LPA and INR 12 LPA and for senior jobs with more than 5 years of experience you can expect INR 12 LPA to INR 20 LPA.

The Electronics Engineering course fees for BTech in the IITs and NITs are a bit expensive because of the reputation, ranking, and student popularity that they enjoy. Talking about the IITs, the BTech Electronics Engineering course fees is around INR 8 lakh, and for the NITs, the fees is approximately INR 5 lakh, which is subject to change as per new academic sessions every year.

For admission to Electronics Engineering Diploma course you should have completed Class 10 from a recognised board with at least 50% marks. A strong foundation in Math and Science is non negotiable for this field. If you've completed Class 12 in the PCM stream, you can also apply for lateral entry admission to the Diploma course and complete the same in 2 years instead of the regular 3-year duration.
You can check the college websites for their specific requirements, if any. Some colleges also take entrance exams for admission while others offer admission on merit.
