To pursue M.Tech in Nanotechnology, candidates need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 50% and 45% for reserved categories from a recognized university. Candidates need to sit for an entrance exam.

See there is no such thing as best univ. If i say Caltech then do you think you have your resume and gre, toefl scores good enough to get there? Moreover it costs more than 60 lacs in caltech.
So choose as per you caliber, finance, location etc. it also depends on what is your curent scores, your university, LORs, SOP etc.
