For any Master's course, it is must that you should be having at least 3 year graduate degree and unfortunately, Diploma is not considered in that list. So, according to me, PGDBA will not be a good option for consisting your eligibility.

Hello Sakshi, It's indeed great to see your interest in environment studies inspite of graduating in electronics & communication. But these days admissions to all PG seats are based in some or the other entrance exam. Majority of colleges or universities accept GATE. Unfortunately admissions to PG, based on merit of graduation is non existent to my knowledge.

Yes, there are many specializations and I can give you suggestions but the final choice has to be yours. Digital electronics and communication, embedded systems, VLSI technology, control systems, microprocessors are some of the most popular ones, VLSI has good opportunities and highly popular.
