I am afraid, you won't be eligible for PG in aeronautics after graduation in electronics. But why do PG in Aeronautical engineering? Aerospace industry needs experts in different field including electronics. You can get job in aerospace industry based on your electronics qualification also.

According to me, computer science engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology University is much better than electronics and communication engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.

Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, formerly known as the Delhi Institute of Technology, is an engineering college located in Dwarka, New Delhi, India. Established in 1983, it is an autonomous institution of the Government of Delhi.
