No, you are not eligible for AFCAT. You need at least 60% in class 12th with physics and maths.

Your graduation mark is okay, but your class 12th marks are less than 60%. Also, you should have done your class 12 in physics and math. According to AFCAT eligibility, you are not eligible.

There are a no. of government and pvt. ranked colleges in India where you can take admission on basis of your JEE Mains score. For that, you have to be updated for forms and admissions date for these colleges.

You can check the link for college predictor. Also, if you are thinking about NIT Srinagar, then you've good chances to get in there with your rank for both EE and ECE. So, try your luck. You have fair chances.

Yes, you can do pilot training. But you have to change your B.Tech branch and then you can go for pilot training.

NIE academic years, 60 IT Companies and 30 non-IT Companies visited campus and select the students. And around 2300 offers have been made through campus placement in last five years. If we talked about 2016- 17 then we can say 370 students placed and around 50 companies visited the campus and placed students. Majer company: TCS, Mercedes Benz, Accenture, Larsen & Toubro Ltd, ABB Ltd, SAP Labs and Bharat Electronics Ltd, GE Digital, CISCO, INTUIT.
