No, its not that hard to get admission into Emmanuel College as you juat need to score more than 6.5 bands in IELTS examination as the college accepts its score for admission. Moreover, Emmanuel College accepts TOEFL exam as well so you need to score more than cut-off marks which is more tha 69 in TOEFL.
