Yes, you are eligible. The minimum marks requires in class 10th for Diploma engineering programmes is 35% in aggregate. Further, the admission are done through the common admission process (CAP) conducted by DTE Maharashtra. Hence, participate in CAP round for admission.

Hello Rajiv,I am afraid, I could not locate anywhere acceptance by Osmania University that they will treat Diploma as equivalent to 12th. If you can find then you can go ahead for BBA course. If not then you will have to do your class 12th before any graduation. Of course, you have the option of using NIOS for this. Best wishes to you.

No, you are definitely not eligible. You have to have Physics for 4 semester and Mathematics for 2nd semester in B.Sc. There is no restrictions on +2 subjects.

You are actually saying too many things. Firstly, you are saying you are preparing for government service. Secondly you are saying that you are interested in doing MBA. The third thing that you are asking is are you eligible for B.Tech by distance mode? Now if you are preparing for government service or if you are interested in doing MBA then you must be graduate of some discipline. Knowing the present situation where in more than 50 % of fresh engineers are jobless, I would strongly advise you not to go for B tech in distance mode at all. Your dream of doing MBA is what you should pursue. I feel IGNOU is the best that yo

Hope you are doing well. You must have passed HSC/equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one of the subjects Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical/ vocational subjects. In these subjects, taken together, you should have secured a minimum of 50 % marks. You must crack IIT or any entrance exam conducted by the state to be eligible to get admission for engineering. First, if you have completed your 3 years diploma in mechanical engineering, then you are eligible for various state and central government jobs. Keep a close watch on leading job portals and employment news.
Second, for boiler operation engineer, you must meet the following criteria-
i) 3 years diploma or BE/Btech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Power Plant and Production Engineering.
ii) Candidates should have experience in Operation and/or Maintenance of Boiler for
a) Not less than two years in case of Degree holders
b) Not less than Five years in case of Diploma holders

No, there is no examination available for engineering now. You can give state level exam or you can switch to private university.
