No. You cannot take admission in B.Tech computer Engineering without giving JEE or CET. You have to appear for atleast any one of the entrance exam for being eligible for admission.

Distance M.Sc. Mathematics is a postgraduate course so the minimum eligibility for the course is an undergraduate degree. To be eligible for Distance M.Sc. In mathematics, a student has to be a B.Sc. Graduate with Mathematics as the major subject.

Yes, you are eligible for engineering as JEE Mains has removed the criteria of minimum 75%. Hence, you can apply in autonomous colleges irrespective of the percentile obtained in JEE Mains. You will be allotted the branch according to the marks obtained.
