You have to take PCM (Physics, chemistry, maths) as your main subject. I would suggest you not to take biology even as your optional subject. To become an electrical engineer, you have to take ECE or EEE in your engineering college. ECE is most preferred and for securing a good college, you have to start your preparation from now on. Please join some coaching classes now as you don't have no time to waste. There are two good competitive exams which you can prepare for:
JEE Mains and Advanced
IPU CET

The scope of duties can greatly vary, but the main concern of a network admin is the operation and maintenance of the infrastructure that connects devices-the less something has to do with the infrastructure, the less likely a network person is to be involved in it.
