Hey Rajat, students can select their major and minor specialization in 2nd year. LBSIM provides Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Systems & Operations Management, Information Technology & Systems, Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management and General Management as the specializations. The average package for the 2013-15 batch was 8.2lakh and the highest package was 21 lakh.

Dear Rajat,
SPM offers two MBA programs. 1) MBA in Energy and Infra 2) MBA in General Management. Now coming to MBA in EnI will cover oil and gas related program mainly. Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University with which SPM is associated is renowned name for this sector. Teaching pedagogy followed is case study based, as well as we have trimister system just like IIMs. SPM PDPU being a right choice will more or less depend upon your priortization of criterias. Placements here is an average of 6.25 lpa.

If you had completed or appearing in intermediate with science including Maths, then you can apply for various competitive entrance tests to get admission in engineering colleges. Important thing is how you take engineering. Are you really interested in engineering? These all questions should be in your mind, and if you get a positive answer, go for it.

You can look for CMAT and MAT, as it is conducted multiple times. Apart from this, check for NMAT and GMAT also. GMAT is the costlier one but, institute like ISB Hyderabad accepts GMAT.
