It is good that if you have job in power plant, but it depends upon that in which sector you are government or private. You will get an experience in this job profile too after which you can switch to any other company for better salary.
If you are computer science then go for famous MNC, only after that you will be placed in abroad and getting handsome salary.

I have heard about the course data analytics from IPM which is a one year course. The eligibility criteria is to have 10+ years' work experience and I have heard that this course gives you a very high package salary.
