Yes, candidates can get admission to Padmashri Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil College of Engineering (PDVVCOE)'s BTech programme with a valid JEE Main score, given that they have cleared the cutoff set by the college.
Candidates wishing to get admission to the BTech programme can use their JEE Main score or their MHTCET score for admissions.

If 48870 is your OBC NCL ranks then it is hard to get any sourse in NIT Trichy or calicut. If 48870 is your AIR rank, still you will not get any branch in above college. You should try somewhere else.

With this score of 58.411% in JEE MAINS, you can't get any college through JOSSA and CSAB Counselling. You may try for state government colleges if you are from a reserved category. It will be better if you opt for private colleges.

With an EWS rank of 111966 in JEE Main, it's tough to get CSE in pinnacle NITs or IIITs.
But you still have possibilities in some lower-ranked NITs, GFTIs, or country colleges.
You can attempt for colleges like:
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
NIT Mizoram
GGU Bilaspur
Assam University
State government colleges through counselling
You may get IT or different similar branches instead of middle CSE.
Use EWS quota and strive spot rounds to increase your probabilities.

If you got 45 marks, then your expected rank lies between INR 7 Lacs, and your percentile should be approximately 62 percentile. At this percentile, you are not eligible for a good government college. You should work hard if you want me to be in this college.

Having the 70 percentile in JEE Main and 62% in boards, there can be no direct/clear admission to the top NITs or IITs. For integrated M.Sc. programs at both CET Bhubaneswar (now OUTR) and VSSUT, admission is primarily based on OJEE counseling, with JEE Main scores also considered for some seats. Candidates need to appear for both OJEE and JEE Main and then participate in the respective counseling processes. The final seat allocation is based on the merit list prepared by OJEE, considering both OJEE and JEE Main scores.
