Yes, you can get admission to Techno Main Salt Lake without WBJEE via JEE Main scores or management quota. The seats offered to JEE Main and management quota are very less to the WBJEE seats. So, you must have a high academic score or the JEE score.

YES, you can get admission to UVCE (V College of Engineering) without TNEA, as it is a Karnataka government college, not affiliated with Tamil Nadu's admission system. UVCE admits students only through KCET (for Karnataka candidates) and COMEDK (for non-Karnataka candidates in some cases). TNEA is only valid for Tamil Nadu engineering colleges.

No you cannot get admission into JLD Engineering and Management college without WBJEE. Candidates need to appear for either JEE main or WBJEE to get admission into the college followed by councelling by the respective institution. There may be a percentage of seats filled through direct admission based on 10th results as well.

Xenon form compounds due to the high electronegativity of fluorine and oxygen, low ionization energy compared to lighter noble gases, and the availability of empty d-orbitals. This breaks the old assumption about noble gases being entirely inert.

With the combination of two different halogens, the interhalogen compounds are formed. When compared with pure diatomic halogen molecules, they are more reactive because the bond between different halogens are more polar and weaker. During reactions, it makes them more susceptible to bond cleavage.

Due to their high electronegativity, small atomic size, greater ability to form multiple bonds, and absence of d-orbitals, the first elements of each group behave differently.
