As a general candidate you are advised to crack GATE to get HMRD stipend for pursuing M.Tech as most of the non-GATE scholarships or stipends are for reserved category students.

CET quota- Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000
Comedk- Rs 1,50,000- Rs. 1,70,000
Management quota fees differ depending on seat availability and PU percentage and other factors.

As per the details provided by VIT, they have 2 group and fee details accordingly:
Group A: Biotechnology, Biomedical, Computer science and engineering, Civil, Mechanical with specialization in Energy engineering, Chemical engineering, Production and Industrial engineering, Information technology, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation engineering.
Group B: Mechanical engineering, Computer science and engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, Mechanical with specialization in automotive engineering.

No it doesn't. Staying and hostel charges are extra. Food is almost Rs 40k for a year and depending on which hostel you take, the cost is accordingly. A double Non-AC is almost Rs 50k for a year and a double AC is around Rs 80k for a year.
