The teaching quality at women's college of engineering in Pune is amazing, with proper curriculum setup for the students. All the staff are well educated and helpful all the time. BVP is also good, though it's not as advanced as VIT in tech-knowledge. But it will mentally prepare you for the hurdles that will come in your life. It has descent packages as well.

According to your 90 percentile in the MHT CET you may get admission to the Government College of Engineering & Research in Pune:
You can get admission to the following branches in the open category quota:
1. B.E. In Mechanical Engineering
2. B.E. In Civil Engineering
You may also get admission to the following branches if you have Maharashtra home state quotas:

23.99percentile is Low for CSE branch, but you can get admission in private colleges in civil or mechanical branch or you can get CS branch by management quota but it can be too costly. Or you can try best in next year exam to get in government colleges of Pune.

Ajeenkya DY Patil University, School of Engineering, Pune takes direct admission on the basis of class 12th marks.
If you scored 50 percent or above in Class 12, you are eligible to enroll in the Bachelor of Technology in Biomedical Engineering program at ADYPU School of Engineering, Pune.
Eligibility Criteria: Students must have completed their Class 12th in PCM subject with a minimum aggregate percentage of 50 percent from a recognized board.
Duration of Course: Four-Year.
