A written essay demonstrating English language and critical & creative writing skills (20% weightage). Portfolio of other achievements (10% weightage). Group discussion (10% weightage). A personal interview including a psychometric test (20% weightage).

Hello Shubhra, I can understand the angst I am the anxiety in the minds of a girl who has just passed 12th. There are varieties of fields explore and engineering should be only one of them. My sincere advice would be not to get influenced by peer pressure but you should choose your own career in a subject that you love and like. To tell you frankly more than 50% of the fresh graduate engineers are not finding jobs. Hence getting admission in an engineering course should not be considered as achieving everything in life. Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. Qualifying the Eligibility criteria you can join the programme.
