To apply for a B.E. / B.Tech programme at Anantrao Pawar College of Engineering and Research (APCOER), you need to appear for either JEE Main or MHT-CET (Maharashtra HSC Entrance Test). Shiksha states that admissions are primarily based on these two exams.

You can manually get an application form along with prospectus after paying the registration fees.

Also you can apply for admission in the interested programme through official website of the institute.

After completing the application, you need to wait for the merit list which is announced by the college administration and if your name is in the list then your admission is done.

Yes, admission to Gandhinagar University B.E./B.Tech courses is possible without GUJCET, but you can get admission based on your JEE Main score. A specific percentage of seats are reserved for JEE Main candidates. You will need to register for the counseling process and select JEE Main as your qualifying exam instead of GUJCET.
