To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at Adithya Institute of Technology - AIET, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the TNEA counseling process and score valid rank to be eligible for the course.

The JEE Main exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is conducted for admission to BTech in most colleges all over India, not only for the Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College. The JEE Main exam is conducted twice a year. The results for session 1 were released on February 12, 2025, and the results for session 2 were released on May 23, 2025.
