JEE Main ranks are required for admission to BTech courses at the Bhabha Institute of Technology. The ranks for admission in 2024 ranges around 527017. The exact cutoff is based on different rounds, the category to which the student belongs, and the specialisation of BTech in which the student is interested. As per the IIT Gandhinagar cutoff 2023, for General category under All India, opening rank was 1534 and closing rank was 1555. Cutoffs are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Similarly, for the OBC AI category, the cutoff released by the institute was 516 and 571 for opening and closing ranks, respectively. Admission to BTech in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Gandhinagar - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

Students can secure admissions for B.E. or B.Tech courses at Bhabha Institute of Technology (BIT) by omitting the requirement to take JEE Main exams. Students who want to join BIT need to demonstrate their merit using their scores from the Class 12 board examinations. To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at Institute of Technology and Management, Gorakhpur, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the JEE Main exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course. The candidate has to pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to be eligible for admission into B.E/B-tech at Shree Devi Institute of Technology with a minimum score of 45% (40% for categories under the reserved category).
