Yes, as an OCI cardholder, you are eligible to apply for TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) under the "Open Category". However, this eligibility does not apply if you were born in a foreign country after March 4, 2021
Candidates holding Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cards are permitted to participate in TNEA under the "Open Category".
If you are a native of Tamil Nadu, you are also eligible to participate in TNEA.

IIT Kharagpur offers BTech and Integrated BTech courses based on JEE Advanced scores. Based on candidates' scores, the institute released the IIT Kharagpur cutoff 2024 for various categories belonging to the All India quota. As per the last-round, the JEE Advanced cutoff for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering programme stood at 415 for the General AI category candidates. For B.E. in Information Technology at Government College of Engineering, Karad, the MHT CET cutoff for 2023 closed at 96.2, while in 2022 it closed at 95.71, and in 2021 at 96.88.
You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with a percentage of 50% or above .

Plastindia International University currently offers BTech course in two specialisations. The admission criteria is generally same across both of them. Students can opt to enrol in either Plastics and Polymer Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering. Plastindia International University BTech admission is made on the basis of preset admission criteria. Students looking to apply for this course must first check and fulfil the eligibility for the same. Eligible students can either apply via ACPC counselling as 50% of the seats are filled in through this. Alternatively, students can also apply by providing the valid score obtained in the exams, such as JEE Mains, GUJCET, etc. Selected students then have to go through document verification and pay the admisison fees as prescribed by the university.

The mode of BZ Global Education Campus course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on the merit and entrance exam scores. The accepted entrance exams are CMAT, ACPC Admission, and others. Candidates willing to get admission must first visit the official website. Then fill out the complete application form. Submit the application form with required details. For BTech admissions, students must clear the JEE Main and GUJCET exams.

Madhuraj Kamaraj University allows admission to MBA courses through TANCET exam scores for its affiliated colleges. Considering the Madhurai Kamaraj University cutoff 2024, the last-round for Sourashtra College stood at 6269 and for RL Institute of Management Studies, the cutoff stood at 5285 for the General AI category candidates. Talking about the Madhurai Kamaraj University expected cutoff 2025, it is assumed that the cutoff will not go upto 7k in 2025 for its affiliated colleges.
