The programme of study is organised into two semesters of half a year's duration each, and the candidates normally take a predefined set of courses in a semester. The average tuition fee for the B Tech Metallurgical Engineering course is approximately 4 to 8 lakh. Other than the tuition fee, you also need to pay extra charges for the hostel accommodation (if you're living in the college hostel), admission application, semester exam form, lab work, industrial workshops, etc.
