The MIT School of Food Technology M.Tech course admission 2025 is open now. To secure admission to the M.Tech course, candidates must register and fill out the online application form available on the official website of MIT Art Design and Technology University. To be eligible for the M.Tech course, candidates must have BTech/BE (Food Science / Food Technology) or four years' equivalent degree programme in Food Science and Food Technology passed with 50% aggregate (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category).

MIT School of Food Technology's M.Tech admission dates were out for the academic year 2025. As per the official website of MIT ADT, the admisson portal opened on December 20, 2024, and the last date to apply was July 31, 2025. The first, second and third merit lists were out between June and August

MIT School of Food Technology doesn't offer direct admission to the BTech regular course. Candidates must have the following qualifications:

Minimum eligibility criteria:

  • Must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, and any one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Technical Vocational.
  • Minimum aggregate marks of 45 % in PCM and Technical Vocational subjects.
  • Relaxation of 5% is given to candidates belonging to Backward Classes and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) of Maharashtra State.

Entrance examinations:

  • JEE 
  • MHTCET 
  • PERA CET

Yes, there is seat reservation for the BTech course. MIT Art Design and Technology University follows the reservation Policy as prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra. Forty percent of the seats are reserved for the students domiciled in the State of Maharashtra. That means sixty percent of seats are open. Those seats can be allotted to anyone including Maharashtra Candidates, as these seats are not reserved for OMS.

The MIT School of Food Technology BTech application form was already out on December 20, 2025. Candidates can apply for the BTech course at MIT School of Food Technology by visiting the official website of MIT ADT University Pune. Applicants with a valid BTech qualification can apply for the course by the last date, i.e., July 31, 2025.

Yes, Manipal University conduct Manipal entrance test (MET) every year for admission in B.Tech and other UG courses. and it does not accept the score of JEE mains.You can also get admission through CUET-UG in various courses and direct entry is also available for some courses. Candidates must have to meet the eligibility criteria set by the institute for the BTech programme.
